Kendra Ding is a junior at Emory University studying environmental science and Film & Media studies. She enjoys reading about food, health, culture, and environmental justice. She is currently the General Sustainability Intern with focus on Green Offices program for the Office of Sustainability Initiatives at Emory. She is also the Co-Volunteer Chair of Slow Food Emory to help advocate “good, clean, and fair” food in a way that is adaptable and accessible to all Emory students.
