Arantxa is a senior at Emory University studying Environmental Science and Political Science. She is interested in the impact that policy has on curbing or promoting environmental efforts, and in altering policy agenda-setting to promote a healthier Earth. Her work in the FACES lab primarily involves researching the use of policy tools like grants-in-aid and how these grants are helping specialty crop farmers across the Southeastern United States. On campus, she serves as the Speaker of the Legislature in the Emory College Council and as a 4th-year legislator in the Student Government Association
